Standard rentals are 2 week, with the option to add extra weeks for an additional fee.

Late return fees may apply.

No problem. Just contact us before your pickup date and we’ll extend your rental by a week at the extra-week rate listed for your package (subject to availability). 

Yes. Every tote is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between uses. Your bins arrive dry, odor-free, and ready to pack clothing, linens, pantry items, and more. 

Most household items are fine:

• Clothing, linens, toys 
• Books, decor, office supplies
• Kitchen items, pantry goods (sealed)

We ask that you avoid:

• Hazardous or flammable materials 
• Liquids that can easily spill or sharp objects
• Overly heavy items like weights or loose bricks that may damage the tote 
• Totes must be kept clean and dry

Yes. For safety, we recommend keeping each tote under 40–45 lbs. If you can comfortably lift it, you’re probably within range. Heavy items like books can be split into multiple bins.

OCPO can pack your home, set up organized systems in your new space, and haul donation items, so you walk into calm instead of chaos.

The Seamless Reset: Once the totes arrive at your new home, we’ll unpack and create custom organizing systems for your closets, kitchen, and beyond.

The Total Transition: From the first tote delivered to the last shelf labeled, we manage the entire process for you.

Delivery and pickup are included within our standard Southeast GA service area.
For locations outside our main operating zone, a small delivery/pickup fee is added based on distance, gas, and time.
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure Eco Tote availability and hold inventory.

Client assumes responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.  Our totes and dollies are very durable, but if one is cracked, broken, or not returned, a replacement fee will be charged $$35 per tote and $50 for each dolly.  Other: Excessive cleaning fee- if required

You may cancel your Eco Tote and dolly rental at any time before delivery. The $50 reservation deposit is non-refundable, as it secures inventory and scheduling.

You may reschedule your Eco Tote and dolly rental any time up to 48 hours of your scheduled delivery. If your totes or dollies are out for delivery or have already been delivered and you cancel the service afterward, a $99 restocking and recovery fee will apply to cover pickup, cleaning, and processing.

Additional details regarding payment, cancellations, and damage policies are included in the rental agreement provided after booking.

We get it, stairs happen. For any delivery that involves going up or down stairs, we reserve the right to charge a $10 fee per flight that we help with.
