1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services offered by Organized Chaos Solutions, LLC (“OCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including services delivered through its affiliated brands Orderly Chaos Professional Organizing (OCPO) and Organized Chaos Eco Tote Rentals (OCET), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Services include, but are not limited to consulting, organizing services, digital organization, eco-organizing, move support, tote rentals, workshops, consultations, and use of the OCS website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided

Organized Chaos Solutions, LLC provides or coordinates the following services:

• Home & residential organizing (via OCPO)
• Digital organization & systems development
• Paper & document organization
• Eco-organizing practices
• Move planning and transition support
• Reusable eco tote rental services (via OCET)
• Workshops, virtual sessions, and consultations
• Website content, downloads, and educational resources

OCS reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Ensure safe, sanitary, and accessible working conditions
• Be present during scheduled services unless otherwise agreed
• Secure pets and ensure clear walkway 
• Use OCET totes responsibly and return all items in good condition
• Follow all safety and usage guidelines provided by OCS, OCPO, or OCET
   

OCS is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe conditions, structural issues, or items that break due to age, fragility, or normal wear during organizing activities.

4. Eco Tote Rental Terms (OCET)

4.1 Rental Period

Standard tote rental periods are one (1) week, unless additional time is purchased in advance.

4.2 Tote Use Requirements

Clients agree to:

• Not write on, paint, modify, or alter totes or dollies
• Return totes clean and in usable condition
• Not exceed recommended weight limits (typically 40–50 lbs. per tote)
   

4.3 Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup are made to the address provided at booking
• Clients must be available during agreed delivery and pickup windows
• Missed or inaccessible pickups may result in additional fees
   

4.4 Loss or Damage Fees

If totes or dollies are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear:

• Replacement tote: $35 per tote
• Replacement dolly: $50 per dolly
• Excessive cleaning fee: $20 per tote, if required
   

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

5.1 Payment Methods

OCS accepts approved electronic payment methods including credit/debit cards and other platforms as made available at booking.

5.2 Payment Timing

• Eco Tote Rentals (OCET): Payment and deposit are due at time of booking
• Organizing Services (OCPO): Payment is due at the start or end of service unless prepaid
• Consulting & Digital Services (OCS): Payment terms are outlined at booking
   

5.3 Refund Policy

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• At OCS discretion, payments may be credited or rescheduled based on notice and circumstances
• Refund eligibility and timing are governed by the specific service agreement provided
   

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1 Organizing Services (OCPO)

• 48 hours’ notice is required
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
   

6.2 Eco Tote Rentals (OCET)

• Cancellations within 48hours of delivery may incur a $50 cancellation fee
• Missed delivery or pickup windows may result in additional charges
   

7. Safety & Hazard Policy

OCS, OCPO, and OCET do not handle:

• Biohazards or bodily fluids
• Mold, pests, or infestations
• Hoarding situations beyond our scope (referrals may be provided)
• Heavy lifting beyond safe limits 

If unsafe or unsanitary conditions are identified, services may be paused or terminated without refund.

8. Website Use

By using the OCS website, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Attempt to access restricted systems or interfere with site functionality
• Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes

9. Confidentiality

OCS maintains strict client confidentiality.
Client information, project details, and photographs are never shared without written consent.
Before-and-after photos are used only with explicit client approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

OCS, OCPO, and OCET are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Accidental breakage of fragile items during routine handling
• Injury resulting from unsafe client conditions
• Loss or damage caused by misuse of eco totes

Clients agree to release OCS and its affiliated brands from liability related to services performed.

11. Right to Refuse Service

OCS reserves the right to refuse or terminate services due to:

• Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
• Hostile, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior
• Scope of work beyond expertise
• Failure to follow safety or usage guidelines
   

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
The most current version will always be posted on our website.
